2727 California is a community arts program and artist residency. Hunter, along with artist McKeever Donovan, led a month-long workshop teaching participants (ages 8-13) to weld. They began with studies and line drawings of local flora and fauna, and translated these image making skills to metal forms. The accumulated sculptures were welded into doors for the entryway to the arts program.
